We spoke yesterday about the importance of the Neighbor to Neighbor reps contacting me as soon as they become aware of a strong painting lead. There have been a number of examples of this over the years -- the most recent being a call I received from Denise a few weeks ago regarding a new homeowner in Easton being in the process of interviewing painters. She called me right after her visit and I called the homeowner and met with them -- and it looks like we are going to do the job. Quite often in our business the painting is done immediately after moving in and painting is only done every 5 years on average. So it's a critical window of time to make it all work so there is a realistic chance to get "in the door". We gladly acknowledge the reps with a "tip" when they take the time to help us by a "heads up" call and we get the job as a result of this.
